The Law Offices of Daniel N. Steven offers the following services:

1. Standard Legal Services – We offer a full complement of tradtional legal services relating to estate planning and administration, trusts, publishing law, and business organizations.   For details, see Practice. For fee information, see Fee Options.

2. Flat-Fee Legal Services – Clients may quickly obtain quality legal advice for standard issues and situations such as contract and document drafting and advice – at a predetermined, flat fee.

NOTE: All legal advice is based on federal law and/or general legal principles common to all jurisdictions.  You will be informed in the event a specific state’s law is involved.  Daniel N. Steven may be retained to make court appearances for you only in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. or in the District of Columbia.  Outside these areas, he will accept business and personal matters that do not normally require court appearances or refer you to a local attorney (although he can be admitted to practice on a particular case in other states, the cost of time and travel usually is not cost effective for litigation.)
