Business Organization Setup

Mr. Steven will setup a small business or nonprofit limited liability company or corporation.
Services:
Mr. Steven will:
- Reserve the name of your choice for the corporation or LLC, if necessary;
- Prepare standard Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization (LLC);
- Provide guidance on the selection of board members or LLC Managers;
- Provide forms for, and assistance with, the new corporation's or LLC's organizational or first meeting of directors, including the formalities it needs to commence business; and
- Give you advice on organizational tax issues.
Services not included:
- Bylaws or Operating Agreements specifically tailored for you ( these will be charged at an hourly rate)
- Attorney time in excess of 2 hours

- Any other document that is relevant to the contract in: electronic form or hard copy.

- Setup of single-member LLC or corporation in other states: $500
