Walking Directions from Rockville Metro

Driving Directions:

1.  From Rockville Pike/Rt. 355 (Hungerford Drive), turn west onto Beall Ave., cross North Washington Street, then first right onto North Adams (it is a residential neighborhood).  216 North Adams is in a row of duplex houses converted into offices, the fifth house on the left.   PARKING AND THE ENTRANCE ARE IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.

2. From 495, Captial Beltway, take 270 North, then take the Falls Road exit.  When coming off the exit, proceed straight through the first traffic light onto Maryland Avenue.   Turn left at the fourth traffic light onto W. Jefferson Street (Route 28), then right at the first light onto S. Washington Street.   Turn left at the third light, Beall Ave.  Take the first right onto North Adams (it is a residential neighborhood). 216 North Adams is in a row of duplex houses converted into offices, the fifth house on the left.  PARKING AND THE ENTRANCE ARE IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING..

3. From Route 270 South, take the Rockville exit (Route 28/West Montgomery Ave), turn left at the third traffic light onto S. Washington Street, then left again at the third light, Beall Ave.  Take the first right onto North Adams (it is a residential neighborhood).. 216 North Adams is in a row of duplex houses converted into offices, the fifth house on the left. PARKING AND THE ENTRANCE ARE IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.

Walking Directions from Rockville Metro:

1. Exit the Rockville Station via the Rockville Center Exit by taking the footbridge/pedestrian ramp over Hungerford Drive (Route 355).  The pedestrian ramp ends at Monroe Street. 
2. R – on Monroe Street, go half a block
3. L – on E. Montgomery Ave, go two blocks.
4. R – on N. Washington Street, stay on west side of street.  Walk three blocks (past construction on the right)
5. L – on Beall Avenue, go one block
6. R – on North Adams Street  (it is a residential neighborhood). 216 North Adams is in a row of duplex houses converted into offices, the fifth house on the left.  Entrance is in the rear.
